We monitor all our children’s learning and development, and they are tracked on an online ‘Tapestry’ system in which parents and carers receive regular monthly information regarding their child’s progress.
Excellent education programme
Our education programme is based on a cycle of observation, analysis and planning to promote children’s interests, learning and development. When playing with children, our supportive staff use theoretical approaches using a balance of both adult-led and child-led activities. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage and have developed stringent procedures and policies relating to Safeguarding and Welfare requirements.
Facilities
At Field House Nursery, parents and carers are thought of as partners and their opinions are valued and appreciated. We offer a Facebook page to ensure parents are kept up to date with our nursery achievements and adventures.
Weekly baby social group
Our popular weekly baby social group enables children to become familiar with the environment and offers parents who are on maternity leave the opportunity to make new friends. The group is supported by a senior staff member who co-ordinates exciting activities and supports parents with advice and information.
